i am on linux. i installed faugus. faugus installed the blizzard launcher. it put it in the root of my games drive. this was bad, so i used faugus to uninstall the blizzard launcher. faugus decided that wasn't good enough and it turfed my entire games drive.
as such, my notes with information on how to log into this server are GONE.
i will be - in the coming days - abandoning THIS account and moving to another one [though this time, i'll make sure i store the login information on a different device entirely.]
so if there is weird activity on my ip [me logging in under a different username] this is INTENDED and CORRECT. not me trying to dodge your systems or the like.
i just have no real choice but to start from scratch.
[to keep the census clean - because i remember the password to login to the forum and thus the game, BEFORE i bail on this account, i'm going to clear out my characters.]
once i've done the move on my end, do feel free to lock down THIS account so no one else can access it [if that's something you want to do.]
one final thing: just before i do the move, i will swing by and delete this post so it doesn't clutter up support. this is mostly to let you know what's going on.
